When you create your account, you must provide a valid bill to address, ship to address and credit card. *APO/FPO orders please call for details on shipping. Your credit card will be charged  $11.99 monthly  for the "Pre-Selected Plan" (price of product with shipping and handling included) or $13.99 monthly for the "Pick Your Own" Plan (price of product with shipping and handling included) once coffee has been shipped. Monthly fuel surcharge may apply. Early cancellation of program membership will result in prior coffees being charged to credit card on file at regular retail price. No modifications of coffee package group selection once chosen. Selections for each group are pre-set and cannot be changed. Prices subject to change at time of renewal. A minimum of 3 month membership is required. May not be combined with any other offer or discount. Offer valid in the contiguous 48 states only. Coffee selections may be substituted due to availability.
