As Executive Chef at Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen, I am always delighted to craft new and exciting recipes for our guests. Experimenting with flavor combinations is one of my favorite parts of my job.

When developing Barnie’s seasonally fresh food menu, I always pay homage to flavors from coffee-growing regions around the world. For example, we pickle carrots and onions in-house, which is popular in South American cuisine. Also, there is a new Jamaican-influenced Grilled Jerk Chicken Sandwich on the lunch menu. The island is renowned for its acclaimed Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. BREWSTICKS is another way I do this. What better way to pay tribute to coffee than by tasting hints of coffee with every bite?
