A twist on a classic dessert with earthy coffee notes that complement the caramel and vanilla flavors. An enchanting balance of sweetness and the beloved bitterness of coffee. 

    • - 3 eggs
    • - 3 egg yolks
    • - ¾ cup granulated sugar
    • - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • - 2 cups whole milk
    • - 2 ounces cream cheese
    • - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    • - 1 Barnie's Blend BREWSTICKS packet



    The Caramel & Instructions
    • - 2 cups sugar
    • - ½ cup water

    Preheat oven to 300F. For the custard, use one Barnie's Blend BREWSTICKS coffee and pour it in a pot with milk. Heat at low temperature until it begins to simmer. Place steeped milk, eggs, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract in a blender and blend in high for 30 seconds. Add cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk and blend for another 30 seconds. Set aside. For the caramel, place sugar and water in a small pot and turn heat to med-low. Cook to a golden caramel.
