Popsicles are great for kids (and adults!) of all ages. With this caffeinated twist on an old favorite - our Tropical Coffee Popsicle takes you away to an island destination. Made with our secret recipe Hawaiian Hazelnut coffee flavor, which is a combination of coconut and hazelnut, you will feel an island breeze with every lick. Creamy goodness abounds with organic half and half and essence of coconut. TIP: Make it part of your summer picnic gathering!
- 1 Popsicle mold
- 6 Popsicle sticks
- 4 Hawaiian Hazelnut BREWSTICKS packets
- 3/4 cup of cream (we used organic half and half)
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar (we used Truvia)
- 2 tsp. coconut extract
Mix ¼ cup of creamer with 1 Tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. coconut extract. Stir until completely incorporated. Pour a little of the cream mixture into the bottom of each mold (fill until the mold about 1/5 full). Freeze for 1 hour.
Mix 4 Hawaiian Hazelnut BREWSTICKS with 1½ cups of water, ½ cup creamer and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Stir until completely incorporated.
Place a Popsicle stick in each of the molds. Then pour the coffee mixture into the top of the molds, filling it to the top with liquid. Let the Popsicles freeze overnight.
