Warm Spiced Olives

Perfect for shared plates or appetizers while entertaining, the Warm Spiced Olives will delight your senses - and look beautiful. The flavor profile is exciting and engaging - designed to surprise and delight with every bite!

    Makes 4 servings
    • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • - 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    • - ½ tsp cumin seed
    • - 1 tsp fennel seeds
    • - 1 tsp coriander seeds
    • - ½ tsp hot pepper flakes
    • - 4 thyme sprigs
    • - 2 cups French picholine olives
    • - 1 cup Kalamata olives
    • - 1 cup Nicoise olives
    • - Zest of ½ an orange

    Place olives in a large bowl and cover with plenty of very hot water. Let soak until cool and drain. Heat skillet over medium heat and gently cook the garlic in olive oil. Add spices and olives and warm through. Add zest and herbs. Turn off the heat and serve in bowls.
