Ruby Red Sparkler

A refreshing drink with evolving flavors as a freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice ice cube dissolves into Spanish Cava. This delightful drink will surprise you with hints of ginger and complementary tartness. 

    Sparkler ruby red grapefruit: 0.5 oz of ginger simple syrup with 2 oz of ruby grapefruit juice, freeze in a ice cube mold. When cube ready, take it out of the mold, put in glass then pour 5 oz of Cava over.
