This Guatemala Gesha small batch coffee offers a rich, creamy body, complex coffee, the notes we are getting is Citrus, Cocoa Nibs and Orange Blossom.
It is made using a Natural Anaerobic processing, where the coffee is made by fermenting without oxygen. The process, as compared to aerobic fermentation, produces distinct acids that give the final product a striking flavor with a unique profile to each batch. No two coffees are the same when using this type of process.
