Today we celebrated with our employees a high recognition in our company at Barnie's Coffee & Tea. We spoke about how the years have flown by and how much we have learned, plus what's brewing for 2025. Kai Chang celebrates 10 years.
Kai has been a bit of everything in our company over the years. He's helped every employee, delivered for us at times of need, packed and shipped our coffee to where it needs to go, and took part of Barnie's Coffee events as the knowledge behind our Cold Brew Coffee.
"It's been the best 10 years at this coming just looking back with the people I've worked with. Each bringing me a personality, and a knowledge that I will carry with me in my future," says Kai Chang, Barnie's Coffee Cold Brew Expert.
Although his title may be Cold Brew Expert at the moment, Kai is also an employee of many trades and always helps us in time of need. Yes, he's the expert behind Barnie's Cold Brew that is served at the cafe and in all our locations around Central Florida. He's also the mastermind behind the Santa's White Christmas Cold Brew.
This year he even launched our Limited Time Only Cold Brews and they turned out delicious. The favorite of the year was the Caramel Apple Cold Brew, and the Peanut Butter Mocha, both very flavorfulby most.
"I loved the new Cold Brew LTOs fpr sure, but honestly my go-to is still the Santa's White Christmas Cold Brew, and possibly a close second with the newest Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Kai made this year!", says Director of Marketing & Design Shannon Wolfgang
We celebrated at the Barnie's Coffee Production & Distribution Center and had a variety of pizza and great conversations laughing about the memories over the years. Here's to 2025 and more!
