¼ cup brewed Cool Cafe Blues ground coffee
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
12 slices of bacon
Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Place bacon in a single layer on a pan. In a small bowl, wish together coffee and maple syrup. Brush Bacon all over with the mixture and season generously with brown sugar and pepper.

  3. Bake until bacon is caramelized, approximately 25 minutes.
