¼ cup brewed Cool Cafe Blues ground coffee
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
12 slices of bacon
Freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place bacon in a single layer on a pan. In a small bowl, wish together coffee and maple syrup. Brush Bacon all over with the mixture and season generously with brown sugar and pepper.
- Bake until bacon is caramelized, approximately 25 minutes.
