Make a Barnie’s Crème Brûlée Buzz!

Here's a recipe for a delicious crème brûlée cocktail or mocktail using Barnie's Crème Brûlée coffee!


  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz Barnie's Crème Brûlée coffee (brewed and cooled)
  • 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
  • 1/2 oz vanilla syrup or simple syrup
  • Caramel sauce for garnish
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, brewed and cooled coffee, half-and-half or heavy cream, and vanilla syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the ingredients.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce inside the serving glass, swirling it around the sides for a decorative touch.
  5. Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
  6. If desired, top the cocktail with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
  7. Serve and enjoy your Crème Brûlée cocktail!

For a non-alcoholic version or mocktail, you can omit the vodka and coffee liqueur or substitute zero-proof spirits. Simply increase the amount of brewed coffee and half-and-half or heavy cream to maintain the flavor and creamy texture. Adjust the sweetness by adding more vanilla syrup or simple syrup according to your taste preferences.
