Here's a recipe for a delicious crème brûlée cocktail or mocktail using Barnie's Crème Brûlée coffee!
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz Barnie's Crème Brûlée coffee (brewed and cooled)
- 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup or simple syrup
- Caramel sauce for garnish
- Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, brewed and cooled coffee, half-and-half or heavy cream, and vanilla syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the ingredients.
- Drizzle caramel sauce inside the serving glass, swirling it around the sides for a decorative touch.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
- If desired, top the cocktail with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

For a non-alcoholic version or mocktail, you can omit the vodka and coffee liqueur or substitute zero-proof spirits. Simply increase the amount of brewed coffee and half-and-half or heavy cream to maintain the flavor and creamy texture.
