Santa's White Christmas Cake
Happy Holiday Season! Barnie's Coffee has the best way to celebrate with America's Favorite Christmas Coffee in a cake! We combined our Santa's White Christmas Coffee with a coconut cake and made the perfect new recipe to share with your friends and family this Christmas.
1 Coconut Cake Mix
1 bag of Caramels to melt for topping
1 cup of Milk
1/2 cup of Melted Butter
1 container of Vanilla Icing
2 cups of Flaked Coconut
1 tablespoon of ground coffee from the 12oz bag of Barnie's Santa's White Christmas Ground Coffee
1. CAKE MIX
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray pan with baking spray. Blend cake mix, melted butter, and eggs into a large bowl on low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds. Or hand mix it like we did for another 2 minutes afterwards. Sprinkle in the Barnie's Santa's White Christmas Ground Coffee all over the cake and mix within for the added touch of heaven.
Pour batter into pans and bake for 24 - 28 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
Place your cooled cake on a serving plate to get prepared for the frosting part. Add your vanilla frosting onto the first layer until entire cake is complete.
Next, we added melted caramel on top to make it even more special of a treat. On top of the melted caramel drizzle we added the sweetened coconut flakes all around the cake. Put Christmas music on the speakers and serve your slices of heaven to your family and friends.
