French Vanilla coffee is always one of the most popular flavors on the market. We created this tantalizing recipe to be the ideal addition to an iced coffee concoction. If you like vanilla creamer in your coffee - this is made for you. You'll love the elevated flavor profile this frozen cube produces. The vanilla bean speckled frozen cubes are beautiful to boot. Show off to your friends and neighbors and let the praise begin! TIP: Leave out the creamer and sweeter and use these instead for your summer iced coffees!
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cups granulated sugar of choice (we used Truvia)
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 French Roast BREWSTICKS packets
Mix milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Slice open vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape insides into saucepan. Once hollowed, add the vanilla pod to the saucepan. Add vanilla extract. Whisk until clumps of vanilla are broken up. When the ingredients begin to a simmer, reduce heat and cook on low for 10 minutes. Pour through a strainer into a bowl. Discard the vanilla pod. Pour mixture into ice cube trays. Freeze overnight.
Mix 8 oz. of filtered water with one packet of French Roast BREWSTICKS. Add two to three French Vanilla Bean Ice Cubes to each glass. Let ice melt for 10 minutes and enjoy!
